 outline elements of Islamic propaganda was divided five

a.   a. Subject of Propaganda

The subjects here are the preachers preach that a person as perpetrators of propaganda or communicator. Preachers are those who carry out the mission either orally, in writing or deed, individual, group, organization or institution. Preachers often called "preachers" . As a preacher preaching is the most important subject which occupies a strategic role. 




b.  Object Propagation

c.   Propagation Methods

One of the factors that led to the success of the missionary activity is due to using an effective method is determined. This method is a scheme, the design work to develop a range of issues into a single system of knowledge. Etymologically, the term comes from the Greek method, ie, from the word "metodos" meaning way or road. Thus, this method means the science of learning about the ways or roads traveled to reach a goal with a cost effective and efficient. In this case God gives basic guidelines in letter and an-Nahl, verse 125:

       'Call (humans) to the path of thy Lord with a good lesson hikmah  and bantahlah them in a good way. Verily thy Lord is He who is more aware of who stray from His path and He knows best those who receive guidance ".

d.   Propagation material

The material is the message proselytizing or anything that should be subject to the object delivered by propaganda, the entire teachings of Islam, which is in the Qur'an and the Sunnah of His Messenger, which essentially contains three principles, namely:

     Aqeedah, which involves belief system / faith in Allah swt. and this became a fundamental cornerstone in the overall activities of a Muslim, both mental attitude and the attitude regarding his behavior and properties owned. This is a manifestation of the problems that berkitan with confidence (faith) which includes: Faith in God, faith in His Angels, the faith of his books, faith in His Apostles, the faith to the end of the day, faith Qadla and Qadr. Shari'ah, namely a series of teachings regarding human activities in all aspects of Muslim life and living, which may be done and what is not allowed, which is halal and haram, which is permissible, and so on, and it is also about human relationships with each other (hablum minAllah and hablum minannas). 
     The discussion included in the Shari'ah includes: (a) worship, (in a special sense), namely: thaharah, prayers, alms, fasting, pilgrimage. (b) mu'amalah, (in the broad sense): a.). al-qanunul typical (civil law): that is munakahah (marriage law), waratsah (inheritance law). b). qanunul al-'am (public law), namely: jinayah (criminal law), the caliph, commercial law, Jihad (the laws of war and peace). character, namely concerning procedures related both vertically with God. as well as horizontally with other human beings and all creatures of God. There is also the moral division are: (a). character of the Creator (b). manners of creatures, including: human morality; (self, neighbor, community). character of the nonhuman (flora, fauna, etc.).The overall teachings of Islam into propaganda material, no other is derived from al-Quran and al-Hadith. Therefore, assessment, deepening, the practice of propaganda material to be very dominant for implementing preaching (preacher).

e.   Propagation Logistics

Elements of equal importance with other elements in achieving the mission objectives is a matter of logistics, which involves the financing and propaganda tools. Much more modern proselytizing in nature such as this that require substantial financing and demand from the application of advanced technologies. If the first may be enough just to preach the lecture method and system of instruction in the use of the mosque which is relatively a lot of logistics. However, the call of the era now involve or require the various devices on the implementation. For example, propagation through the official forums, panel discussions, performances and so on. Often considered the logistics  but because of its organization are not correct then is not a lot of logistics to support the achievement of mission objective. With optimum utilization of the logistics mission can make a more effective missionary activities.
